What gives us the basic things we need to live, like oxygen, food and shelter? Plants of course! On this guided tour, children will explore the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest and learn how useful and important plants are to all living things. After the tour, children will try their hand at making something creative out of recycled materials.

Please bring along a clean, used 500ml (or less) plastic bottle for the craft activity.

What to prepare?
• Dress your child in comfortable clothes and covered walking shoes.
• Bring a jacket as the conservatories can be cold.
• Make sure your child has used the washroom before we go on the tour.

While it is not encouraged, children of up to 5 years of age may be accompanied by one parent/guardian if necessary. Any accompanying parent/guardian will be charged the full programme fee.

To facilitate the programme and for the enjoyment of the children, parents/guardians of children above the age of 5 years will not be allowed to follow the tour. Admission charges into the conservatories apply.
