Meditation is a way to manage the mind. It allows for deep relaxation and a sense of balance. Meditation leads to a state of consciousness that brings serenity, clarity and bliss.

It have been used extensively for acute medical illness or stress. Studies have shown that meditation helps reduce stress levels, anxiety and depression.
